CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please notify us as soon as possible for any order cancellation and we will refund you back accordingly. However, if your order has been processed or shipped, we are not able to cancel your order/refund you.
REFUND POLICY:
If you are not happy with your order or some of your items please follow these steps:
-Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
-Ship full order or items within 5 days from contacting us. Customer pays to ship back to us.
-Items must be in same condition if was sent when we recieve them.
-Refund of items will be refunded once we have recieved the items back.
If you are not sure of something in our shop please contact us before purchasing any items.
Please fill out and submit your concern or if you have any problems with your order. Form is located in the main page all the way to the bottom. Please include your order number for faster response if you have one. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Our shipping time frame is 7-14 business days, this does not includes weekends/Holidays.
After you receive a shipping notification email it can take 3-7 business days to receive your order for US.
International orders it can take up to 15-30 business days after you receive shipping notification.

- ALL hobonichi sheet size is 6.9x3.5, they will fit perfect in your hobo albums if you own one.
- Stickers are kiss cut and ready to peel off and use
- All kits are made to order. Meaning your choice of kit is printed and cut before your order is shipped.
Two kit options for KITS ONLYS :
-Basic Paper: Thicker sticker paper, not so smooth
-Premium Paper: Super smooth paper & brighter
