A. We offer one type of sticker paper for the entire shop. This paper is bright and removeable on SOME planners. Please be aware it might not be removeable on your planner.
Q. What type of planner stickers do you offer?
A. We have a whole variety of stickers. From kits to functional to exclusive stickers you will not find in any other shops.
Q. What is your shipping time frame?
A. Currently we are at 7-21 business days not including weekend or holidays. We try to get your order quick, but things unexpected things come up and we like to give a little more time. We never go past 21 days.
Q. What should I do if my order gets lost?
A. Please contact your local post office if this occurs. Unfortunately if your choose for us to ship your order with a stamp we will not be able to replace your order. We do have tracking option if you have had mail missing.
Q. Can my order get combined?
A. YES. Please message me immediately and let me know you would like your orders combined. If not we will ship orders separately.

Q. How can I subscribe to get your Newsletters?
A. You can subscribe CLICK HERE and you will start receiving our newsletters once or twice a month.
Q. Do you do custom stickers?
A. NO. Sorry at this moment we are not taking custom orders. BUT you can always message us with your idea of a sticker and we can work on getting it in our shop in the near feature. We do offer custom scripts, which you can find under CUSTOM section in the menu. It can be any script.
Our shipping time frame is 7-21 business days, this does not includes weekends/Holidays.
After you receive a shipping notification email it can take 3-10 business days to receive your order for US.
International orders it can take up to 15-30 business days after you receive shipping notification.

Please notify us as soon as possible for any order cancellation and we will refund you back accordingly. However, if your order has been processed or shipped, we are not able to cancel your order/refund you.
If you are not happy with your order or some of your items please follow these steps:
-Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
-Ship full order or items within 5 days from contacting us. Customer pays to ship back to us.
-Items must be in same condition if was sent when we recieve them.
-Refund of items will be refunded once we have recieved the items back.
